By accessing or playing QCTA Slots ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

QCTA Slots is a free-to-play game for entertainment purposes only. All tokens, scores, and jackpots are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. No purchase is necessary to play, and nothing can be won or exchanged for real money or prizes.

3. Account & Username

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Usernames must not be offensive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove usernames at our discretion.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Game.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, tokens, or the leaderboard through any unauthorized means.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or infrastructure.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code associated with the Game are owned by QCTA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Game without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Daily leaderboards and token balances reset each day and may be subject to change at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QCTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Location Verification

By registering to play, you consent to location verification using your IP address and browser signals. We use a third-party compliance service (Peabody Compliance) to verify your general location for eligibility and legal compliance purposes.
